This is a fantastic way to learn and improve your level of dancing and rapidly achieve goals and results if you compete. It is advisable to take weekly one-to-one lessons as this will maintain a consistent level of learning giving you a steady rate of improvement. We provide the highest quality Ballroom and Latin one-to-one lessons for children and adults in Essex and surrounding areas. Currently, we offer one-to-one lessons on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Attending classes every week is an extra way you can improve your dancing as it builds your stamina, improves muscle memory and refines your technique. In class, we work on different aspects of dancing mainly concentrating on technique. The classes we offer on a Tuesday are a children's beginners technique class, a body conditioning class, a competitors technique class and an adult beginners class. Anyone is welcome to attend our classes and give Ballroom and Latin dancing a try!
Here at Swann School of Dance, we host a supervised practice session every Friday. Our supervised practice session is a time for you to practice what you have been taught in your lessons and classes! Attending our supervised practice session will improve your stamina, refine your technique and help you gain confidence when dancing. Everyone is welcome to come and join in!

We offer one-to-one private lesson slots for you to learn your wedding dance with your partner in a comfortable environment where you can flourish together! We also offer various packages to suit your needs.
